- Step 1
For dabeli stuffing
In a heated pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, mix well.
- Step 2
Add little water and stir well, cook on a medium flame for 23 min.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp mixed herbs along with 1 tsp pizza sauce and mix together.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 5
For Paratha
Add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and knead well.
- Step 6
Roll out into a paratha and add stuffing, add 1.5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and roll again.
- Step 7
Roast on a heated tava with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 8
Spread sweet tamarind chutney over the paratha, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp masala peanut and serve.
