- Step 1
For Fajita Spice
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th tbsp dry red chilli powder,1/8th tbsp cumin powder,1/4th tsp garlic paste,1/8th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp oregano, a pinch of black pepper powder, and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Cheese Egg Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1 egg, salt as per taste,1/8th cup grated cheese, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
For Fajita
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add into the 1/8th cup julienne onion,1 tbsp julienne capsicum,1 tbsp julienne red capsicum,1 tbsp cup julienne yellow capsicum, salt as per taste, and saute it well.
- Step 4
Give a nestle twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 5
Add into the cheese egg mixture, fajita spice, and mix it well.
- Step 6
Add 1/4th tsp lemon juice and serve.
