- Step 1
For Short Crust Pastry
In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till a crumbly texture form.

1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required, and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough in a round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of the dough.Make strips from the trimmed dough.
- Step 4
For Pie
In a bowl add crushed cherries, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder, and mix well.
- Step 5
Fill the mixture in covered dough mold and cover with dough strips.
- Step 6
Brush with 1 tsp butter on top and bake at 180 degrees Celcius For 20 min.
- Step 7
Serve warm
