Steps
- Step 1
In a blender add cooked chawli, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt for taste
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 3
Blend until smooth
- Step 4
Transfer into a bowl, add 1/4 cup cherry tomato slices and mix well
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and 1 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 6
Chill and serve with crackers.
