For Rolls
In a bowl, take 1/8 cup boiled diced potatoes, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, boiled shredded chicken, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and mix everything well and make cylindrical shapes.
- Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai, coat the chicken rolls with 1 tbsp bread crumbs and fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 3
Place them on a paper towel.
- Step 4
For Wrap
Apply a spoonful of green chutney on the chapati evenly, place the chicken vegetable roll.
- Step 5
Top it up with 1 tbsp julienne violet cabbage, 1 tbsp julienne onion, roll it and enjoy!
