- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil and add 1/2 tsp grated garlic and 1/4 tsp green chilli paste.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients and saute well.
- Step 3
To this add, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, shredded chicken, boiled rajma and boiled white field beans.
- Step 4
Mix all ingredients, saute well and add water as required.
- Step 5
Now, add 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, thin cornflour paste and mix well.
- Step 6
Now, add 1/2 tbsp chopped spring onion and garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Tasty chicken bean soup is ready to be served hot.
