- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup diced carrot,1/8 cup diced pumpkin,1/8 cup julienne onion,10g chopped leek and saute nicely.
- Step 2
Add 1 bay leaf, 2 black peppercorns,1/8 cup chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped celery stalk,1/8 tsp salt , water as required , mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Blend in a smooth puree.
- Step 4
In another pan heat, 1/2 tsp butter add 1/2 tsp maida, water as required, and mix well.
- Step 5
Add blended puree,1/8 tsp salt, sauteed chicken, mix, and cook it well.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
