In a bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled diced potato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, boiled shredded chicken, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mash well.
- Step 2
Shape the mixture into even sized tikki and shallow fry until crispy.
- Step 3
Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise on bun, layer it with lettuce, onion slice, chicken tikki and tomato slice.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Cover with another slice.
- Step 6
Serve with ketchup or dip of your choice.
