Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp butter, wait till it melts.
- Step 2
Then add 2 tsp chopped onion, saute well. 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp boiled sweet corn, 1/8 cup cooked shredded chicken, and Saute well. Then add 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato, saute well.
- Step 3
Now add corn flour slurry, water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
Simmer for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
