- Step 1
On a plate, add 2 tbsp rice flour, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and coat 80g skinless chicken breast with flour mixture from both sides.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, place chicken breast, and roast until chicken is cooked or golden brown and crisp. Remove and keep aside.
- Step 3
In the same pan, add water as required, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp rice flour, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and whisk well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 5
Simmer till thick in consistency and add chicken breast.
- Step 6
Simmer it for a few minutes and remove the chicken breast.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped parsley and serve.
