In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp sugar and stir till sugar dissolves

Now, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 100g chicken pieces, water and mix well.

Now, add 1/8 cup boiled diced potato and cook well.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6
Serve Hot
