For Korma
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2
Add whole spices like 2 green elaichis, 2 black pepper corns, and 1/2 a stick of cinnamon and saute well.
- Step 3
Then, add 1/2 tsp jeera , marinated chicken, prepared fried onion paste and the nut paste.
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5
Then, add pureed tomato and mix well again.
- Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, and mix well.
- Step 7
Add sufficient water and mix again.
- Step 8
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the chicken is tender.
- Step 9
Serve hot with rice.
