Ingredients

- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera and allow to crackle
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and fry
- Step 5
Now, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, and 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 6
Then, add 50 gm chicken pieces and coat well in spices.
- Step 7
Add sufficient water to adjust consistency, stir and allow to cook.
- Step 8
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
