- Step 1
In a pressure cooker heat 1/2 tsp ghee then add into the 1/8 tsp cumin seed,1 no. bay leaf,1 no. star anise,1 no. green cardmom,1 no. clove,1/2 no. green chili, 1/8 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/8 cup julienne onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/8 tsp cumin powder, diced chicken breast, water as required , mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp moong dal, 1/4 cup rice, water as required,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook till 4 whistles.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
