Steps
- Step 1
For Noodles
Heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add chicken, stir it and let it cook.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it well

Add the cooked noodles
- Step 6
Mix it well
- Step 7
For Vegetable Gravy
Add 1/2 tsp oil in a pan
- Step 8
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 broccoli florets, 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum and saute it well
- Step 9
Add 1/4 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and water as required
- Step 10
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour slurry
- Step 11
Stir it continuously
- Step 12
Add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- Step 13
Stir it well
- Step 14
Serve it hot with chicken noodles
