Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
For chops
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped onions, 3 cloves and saute till golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix.
- Step 4
Add 100 gms of minced chicken and saute well.
- Step 5
Add water to get the required consistency.
- Step 6
Now add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, cover and allow to cook.
- Step 7
Fill the mixture in boiled and mashed potatoes and make tikkis.
- Step 8
Coat in seasoned egg, then with bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Step 9
Heat oil for frying.
- Step 10
Shallow fry the prepared tikkis until light brown on both sides.
- Step 11
Serve hot with your choice of dip.
