- Step 1
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a kadai, add 3 black pepper, 1 clove, 1star anise, 1 green elaichi, 1 bay leaf, 1/4th cup chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th tsp salt and give it a stir.
- Step 2
Add 1/8th cup chicken, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1.5 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, stir and cook it well till the chicken is done.
- Step 3
Add the cooked rice.
- Step 4
Mix it well.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Let it cook
- Step 7
Serve it hot with raita.
