- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 2 black peppercorns, 1 clove, 1star anise,1 no. green elaichi, 1 no. bay leaf, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp salt, 50 gm chicken and let it cook.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 3 tbsp of boiled rice and mix well.
- Step 3
Remove from heat and keep aside.
- Step 4
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, 3 no. cauliflower florets, 1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped french beans and stir well.
- Step 5
Add cooked chicken pulao and mix well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7
Serve Hot.
