- Step 1
For Mixture
In a heated pan add 1.5 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it till raw smell goes off.

Now, add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder saute for a minute and then add boiled chicken cubes.

Allow to cook for 5 min and switch off the heat.

Now, add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1.5 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum , 3 basil leaves and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.

Toss all ingredients well.
- Step 6
For Chicken Quesadilla
In another heated pan add 2 tsp butter and place a wheat tortilla/chapati.
- Step 7
To this add the previously prepared mixture and add 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 8
Fold the tortilla and cook till it turns crispy.
- Step 9
Tasty chicken quesadilla is ready to be served hot with a dip of your choice.
