- Step 1
Prepreparation
Fry 1/2 cup onion and allow it to turn brown.
- Step 2
Make powder of 1.5 tbsp bhuna chana.
- Step 3
Make green chutney
In a blender, add 1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th cup chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt. Grind and make chutney.
- Step 4
To Make Chicken Seekh
In a blender, add 1/2 cup chicken mince, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp mango powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 cup brown onions, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1.5 tbsp bhuna chana powder and 2 tsp ghee.

Blend all ingredients well, add 1/2 tsp salt, mix well and keep it aside.

Now take a little portion of the mixture and roll it on the skewers.
- Step 7
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and place the prepared skewers on it.
- Step 8
Roast it evenly from all sides.
- Step 9
Serve this yummy dish with previously prepared green chutney.
