- Step 1
To start first boil 50 gm chicken and shred it. Preserve some of the stock.
- Step 2
Melt 1 tsp butter in a pan at a low flame.
- Step 3
Add 50gm of shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 4
Pour in the chicken stalk, 1/4 cup sweet corn that has been blenderized into a paste, remaining boiled sweet corn and previously dissolved 1 tsp cornflour in water.
- Step 5
Once it starts simmering, add a single whisked egg white.
- Step 6
Stirring continuously, bring the soup to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
