Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Knead a dough using 3.5 tbsp wheat flour and water as required and roll out into a round roti. Cook and keep it aside.

Also boil 4.5 tbsp shredded chicken and keep aside.

For Chicken Tikka
Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and saute well.

Then add 4.5 tbsp shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 6
For Smoking The Chicken
Add 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi.
- Step 7
Place 1 burnt coal and add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 8
Cover and allow the smoke to settle.
- Step 9
Keep aside.
- Step 10
For Salad
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1.5 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, prepared chicken tikka and mix well and keep aside.
- Step 11
For Frankie
On a pan, roast the roti on 1 side.

Spread 2 tsp schezwan chutney on the roti.
- Step 13
Then spread 2 tbsp julienne cabbage, half of prepared stuffing and fold into a frankie.
- Step 14
Cut and serve.
