- Step 1
For Wonton Stuffing
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup minced chicken,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,salt as per taste,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp oyster sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Wonton
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup maida,1/4 cup wheat flour,1/2 an egg, water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.
- Step 4
Add filling on square sheet and cover with another sheet.Then give a shape into the wonton.
- Step 5
For Soup
In a kadhai add water,1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, chicken wonton,1/8 cup chopped spinach, salt as per taste, and simmer it until the wonton cooks.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
