Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup boiled diced sweet potatoes and mix well
- Step 3
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 4
Add cooked chickpeas, water as desired and simmer for 5 minutes
- Step 5
Blend until smooth using an immersion blender
- Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and simmer for a minute
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves
- Step 8
Serve warm
