Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp diced sweet potato, boiled chhole and water.
- Step 3
Mix and add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, cover with the lid and cook for 5 min.
- Step 4
Transfer into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Step 5
Garnish with boiled moong and serve.
