- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil on low flame in a frying pan, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
- Step 2
Once the onions start turning slightly transparent, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp grated carrot, and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 3
Saute and add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and cooked quinoa and chickpea paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, a little water and mix all the ingredients properly with hand.
- Step 4
Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape them into a cutlet and keep them aside.
- Step 5
Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown, keep aside.
- Step 7
For the final assembly of the burger, take a burger bun and cut it into 2 halves horizontally.
- Step 8
Spread the hung Nestlé A+ Curd ketchup mixture on the lower half of the bun followed by the previously cooked burger cutlet, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of onion, 1 lettuce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 9
Serve.
