- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 3 cubes of each red, yellow and green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 2
Once the onions are browned, add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/4 cup halved mushrooms and further sauté.
- Step 3
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, pour in a little water, mix well. Next add 1 tbsp cornflour and stir it.
- Step 4
Cook for a few more minutes and allow it to thicken slightly.
- Step 5
Give a nestle twist by garnishing with white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
