Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a heated pan add 1/2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tsp chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp chopped tomato.
- Step 2
Saute all ingredients well.
- Step 3
To this now add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and add water as required.
- Step 4
Stir all ingredients well and allow it to simmer for sometime.
- Step 5
Now add corn flour paste made by mixing 1 tbsp corn flour in water and mix well.
- Step 6
Let it cook for 34 min.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Serve it hot.
