- Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp Butter.
- Step 2
For Crust
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,2 tsp butter, and rub with a hand like semolina.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp jaggery powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 4
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place it in the mold then trim the sides of the dough.Make strips from sides of the dough.
- Step 5
For Filling
In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg and beat until foamy pale color.
- Step 6
Add 1/4 cup wheat flour,2 tbsp jaggery powder,1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and whisk well.
- Step 7
Add melted butter, and mix well. Stir in 1 tbsp chocolate chips.
- Step 8
Take place crust mold and spread into the 2 tbsp chocolate chips. Pour the filling mixture.
- Step 9
Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 40 to 45 minutes.
