- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp chocolate syrup and 1 tbsp jaggery powder.
- Step 2
Mix well, add little water for a smooth and thick batter of pouring consistency
- Step 3
Rest the batter for 10 minutes and add little water if required to adjust the consistency
- Step 4
Heat a pan with ghee over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter to form a small pancake.
- Step 5
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 6
Remove the malpua and transfer to a serving plate.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 8
Serve warm
