Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Put 2 tsp oil in a heated pan.
- Step 2
Then add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1.5 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, 1 tbsp chhole masala and 1/4 tsp hing.
- Step 5
Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Add the soaked and boiled chhole.
- Step 7
Add sufficient water, mix well, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
- Step 8
Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
