Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked chole, 2 tbsp suji, 1/4 tsp haldi ,1/4 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste & add water and mix well, add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix gently.
- Step 2
Grease Plate with oil and pour batter and cover and cook
- Step 3
Heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta allow to crackle.
- Step 4
Add Tadka on Dhokla and garnish 1 tsp chopped coriander
- Step 5
Serve with Mint Chutney
