- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 3 tbsp ghee and mix it well
- Step 2
Add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and knead into a semisoft dough
- Step 3
Take small portions and shape into batis.
- Step 4
Now, in a kadhai, heat oil for frying over low flame
- Step 5
Fry the prepared batis till they turn golden and crispy and keep aside.

Allow it to cool down and grind the batis to a fine powder.
- Step 7
Next, heat a pan with remaining ghee and 3 tbsp jaggery powder
- Step 8
Allow it to melt, add the powdered batis and mix well
- Step 9
Turn off the flame and cool the mixture slightly.
- Step 10
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 11
Shape into even sized laddoos.
- Step 12
Tasty churma ladoo is ready.
