In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped curry leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt for taste and mix well

1/4 tsp salt and water as required.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4
Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide into equal parts and roll each evenly
- Step 7
Heat a tawa, place the tortilla and roast until light brown
- Step 8
Serve hot with curry or use it as a wrap
