Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee add 1/4 cup chopped jaggery and mix until jaggery melts.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup grated dried coconut, 3 tbsp alsi powder, 1 tsp of each almond and cashew powder along with 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder and mix well
- Step 3
Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
