Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup each of chopped onion, and cherry tomato, 1 tsp chopped ginger and saute until soft
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Pour a little water, cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes
- Step 4
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Step 5
Using a blender, blend until smooth
- Step 6
Pour 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves and simmer for 2 minutes
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 8
Serve warm
