- Step 1
Beat 1/3rd egg adding 1/4th cup brown sugar once at a time.
- Step 2
Beat till light and fluffy.
- Step 3
Add 1/8th tsp vanilla extract and fold the 1/3rd cup wheat flour and, 1/8th tsp baking powder into the mixture.
- Step 4
Greased molds and fill 3/4th with the mixture.
- Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 mins. Demould it.
- Step 6
Dip the top and sides with melted jam and roll in 1/4th cup grated coconut.
- Step 7
Serve
