Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadai, add 1/2 cup grated coconut and 1/2 tsp ghee
- Step 2
Mix it well and roast until light brown.
- Step 3
Transfer it to a bowl
- Step 4
To the same pan, roast 2 tbsp khoa and add it to the bowl
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding raisins
- Step 6
Add 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp ghee for binding.
- Step 8
Mix it well.
- Step 9
Mould into equal sized ladoos.
- Step 10
Serve
