Fresh Coconut
1 Grated Tsp (2.07 gm)
Black Elaichi

Jaggery Powder
2 Tsp (5.9 gm)

Steps
- Step 1
Dry roast 2 tbsp ragi flour till light brown colour.
- Step 2
Add water to it and whisk it till no lumps.
- Step 3
Gradually pour 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 tsp jaggery powder and stir it well.
- Step 4
Simmer on low flame, add water if desired.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp black cardamom.
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp grated fresh coconut.
- Step 7
Sip warm.
