Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai, add 1 tsp cooking oil, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp black gram dal, 1/4 tsp Green gram dal and 10 no.curry leaves, let it crackle.
- Step 2
Now, add 4 no. cashews, 1/4 cup grated coconut and roast well till golden brown.
- Step 3
Then, add 1 cup cooked rice, 1/2 tsp Salt and garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
