Prepreparation
Cook 2 tsp rice and keep aside.

In a bowl, add cooked 2 tsp rice, 1 tbsp besan,1 tbsp chopped palak,1.5 tbsp coconut milk, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Mix all the ingredients well.

In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 6
Cover & cook till done.
- Step 7
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
- Step 8
Serve it hot.
