Steps
- Step 1
In a blender, add 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 2 garlic pods, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest, 2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 ice cubes.
