- Step 1
In a bowl, mix together cooked rajma, 2 tbsp sweet corn, boiled and mashed sweet potato, 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 3
Shape them into even sized patty and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 4
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and roast the patty until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Step 5
Slice open 1 burger bun, through the center.
- Step 6
Apply 2 tbsp of cream cheese on each half, place 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices, 1 lettuce leaf.
- Step 7
Place the patty and cover the bun with another half.
- Step 8
Serve with ketchup.
