Steps
- Step 1
Soak and sprout 1/2 tbsp moong.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 3 tbsp boiled sweet corn, sprouted moong, 1/8 cup chopped cucumber.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrot.
- Step 4
Now add 1 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp chopped basil leaves,1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
