- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp tomato,1 tsp of chopped garlic, and saute well.
- Step 4
Next, add 1.5 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp sweet corn, and saute.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder.
- Step 6
Mix well, add sufficient water, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well again.
- Step 7
Add black sesame seed for a nutritional twist.
- Step 8
Serve with chapati.
