Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan pour a cup of water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Add 3 tbsp jaggery powder and mix until it dissolves well and set aside
- Step 3
In a bowl add 1/2 cup corn flour, 1/4 tbsp saunf, 1 tbsp grated dry coconut and mix well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5
Add jaggery water and knead in a soft dough.
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll each, flatten it gently and set aside.
- Step 7
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry thekua until crisp and golden brown
- Step 8
