Steps
- Step 1
Soak and pressure cook 2 tbsp chole.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp couscous and saute.
- Step 3
Add water as required, cover and allow to cook, now add boiled chole, 1/2 tbsp tahini, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding assorted bell peppers.
- Step 5
Mix well and serve.
