- Step 1
Heat a kadhai on a low flame, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai and allow it to splutter.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp urad dal and saute.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and carrot, season with 1/2 tsp salt and saute.
- Step 4
Cover and cook with a lid until vegetables soften.
- Step 5
Add cooked couscous and combine well.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp lemon juice, mix well and serve warm.
