- Step 1
Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup chopped mushroom, 2 tsp wheat flour and saute again.
- Step 4
Add water as required,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to simmer.
- Step 5
Then, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 6
Add 2 tsp fresh cream and stir well.
- Step 7
Once the soup in thickened switch off the heat, and blend till smooth.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
