- Step 1
For Crepe
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 number of egg, salt as per taste,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/3rd cup maida,1/8th tsp baking powder, and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Egg Filling
In a mixing bowl add 1 egg, salt as per taste,1/8th cup chopped onion,1/4th cup chopped tomato,1/4th tsp green chili paste,1/2 tsp chaat masala,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan and pour crepe batter. Cook it on a low flame.
- Step 4
Spread egg mixture on top of the crepe and cook it on low flame from both the sides.
- Step 5
Spread 1/2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese then cover with a lid and cook it nicely.
- Step 6
Remove crepe from pan and roll it while it's hot. Roll and cut in half.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
